Our newest opportunity is for a talented Senior Human Resources Manager to join our award-winning team based in Riyadh - Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

We envisage success in this role to include:

  • Leading the Nationalization Initiatives for KEO globally through establishing robust systems and processes at all stages of the employment life-cycle
  • Maintaining knowledge of Government guidelines on Nationalization and advise KEO stakeholders accordingly
  • Being the KEO Ambassador at Universities, Career Fairs and Networking channels 
  • Establishing a robust relationship with HRDF, investigate support programs, and support Talent Acquisition and Divisional Leaders in recruitment and induction
  • Creating & maintaining reports on nationalization targets and recommend measures and action plans to attract nationals and meet quota requirements 
  • Visiting the work site of the regularly to survey work conditions (KEO has project locations across KSA)
  • Acting as a focal point of contact for Nationals
  • Performing any additional duties assigned
  • Maintaining oversight of Nationalization Programs in other GCC countries

Qualifications

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include minimum 5 years of experience in similar role or within an HR function, partnered with a Bachelors' degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or similar.

 

Furthermore, you will have the following:

 

  • Demonstrated sound interpersonal, communication and administrative skills
  • Experience in implementing nationalization programs is a plus
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (Written and spoken)
  • Familiarity with MS office applications
  • Thorough knowledge of Saudi labor laws at minimum, regional labor law knowledge would be considered advantageous
  • HR Certification such as SHRM or CIPD will be viewed favorably
  • Willingness to travel as this may be required on occasion
