Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the infrastructure BIM team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and aligned with project timelines while fostering a collaborative working environment.
  • Mentor and support team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in line with project needs and industry standards.
  • Ensure all BIM deliverables meet quality standards through rigorous quality control processes and adherence to guidelines.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for infrastructure BIM matters, liaising with stakeholders to maintain alignment and coordination across disciplines.
  • Prepare and maintain infrastructure BIM reports, including progress updates, coordination records, and quality control documentation.
  • Identify opportunities for improving BIM processes, implementing best practices, and integrating new technologies and methodologies.
  • Oversee the creation, development, and maintenance of infrastructure BIM models, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project-specific requirements.
  • Conduct clash detection and collaborate with discipline-specific teams to resolve conflicts and ensure model integration.
  • Collaborate with design, construction teams, contractors, and subcontractors to align infrastructure BIM models with other disciplines and construction plans.
  • Provide technical support and training to the BIM team, ensuring the effective use of tools and adherence to updated procedures and requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or Infrastructure Engineering
  • Large scale project experieince
  • BIM Implementation
