Responsibilities

Our newest opportunity is for a talented Structural Engineer to join our award winning team in Riyadh, Saudi. This critical role will be responsible for undertaking inspections on site in accordance with the civil related Inspection and Test Plans (ITP's)

 

  • Creating detailed project schedules using software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project, ensuring all activities and milestones are identified.
  • Tracking the progress of the project, identify any delays, and implement corrective actions to stay on schedule.
  • Coordinating and allocate resources effectively, ensuring that manpower, materials, and equipment are available when needed.
  • Identify potential risks related to project timelines and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for the project manager, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Supporting the project team in controlling project costs by ensuring work is completed on schedule and within the allocated budget.
  • Liaising with contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment of schedules and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Continuously analyze the schedule and suggest improvements or adjustments to increase efficiency.
  • Ensuring all work complies with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Assessing the impact of scope changes or variations on the project schedule and communicate these impacts effectively to the project team.

Qualifications

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 10+ years work experience partnered with a Bachelor degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
