Our newest opportunity is for a talented Senior Architect to join our award-winning team based in Madinah, KSA.
We are looking for a Senior Architect with proven expertise in high-rise and hospitality design and delivery. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical knowledge, creative problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead architectural efforts on landmark projects in Madinah. This role involves concept development, stakeholder coordination, design management, and supervision of site execution from inception to handover.
We envisage success in this role to include:
Leading architectural design efforts for high-rise and hospitality projects, ensuring alignment with local regulations, client requirements, and international best practices.
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, consultants, and project managers.
Reviewing and approve architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
Coordinating with client representatives, authorities, and contractors throughout all project phases.
Providing mentorship to junior architects and ensure adherence to design standards and quality benchmarks.
Participating in design charrettes, workshops, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Monitoring site progress and provide architectural oversight during construction phases.
Ensuring integration of sustainability, cultural sensitivity, and innovation in design solutions.
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 10 years work experience partnered with a Bachelor degree in Architecture.
Luxury 5-star Hotel and high rise construction experience is essential.
