Responsibilities

The BDM will lead localized brand positioning, BD strategy, + content development. This role is embedded within the KSA delivery team + is responsible for aligning , BD output. The role includes, but is not limited to,

 

Market-Focused Marketing Strategy

  • Develop, implement, + monitor, BD strategies aligned with business goals + priorities.
  • Maintain strong market intelligence on sector shifts, trends, + competitor positioning.
  • Provide strategic input to OPTIMA Management Team on market feedback, metrics, + growth positioning.
  • Localize all marketing materials + communications to reflect Saudi public/private client expectations + terminology.

 

Proposal + Bid Support

  • Manage the Proposals Preparation Process.
  • Support EOI, PQD, + formal proposal submissions for projects by drafting, editing, + structuring Arabic/English marketing-driven content in coordination with team.
  • Support with the technical inputs + translate into client-focused value propositions.
  • Maintain up-to-date collateral, capability statements, + credentials in English/Arabic.

 

Brand Building + Client Engagement

  • Build thought leadership visibility by curating articles, events, white papers, + media engagements.
  • Represent OPTIMA at KSA / GCC industry events, marketing briefings, + client forums.
  • Collaborate with internal HR/Marketing to support employer branding, onboarding decks, + internal campaigns

 

Communications + Content Oversight

  • Oversee all campaign messaging (digital + print), ensuring alignment with brand identity.
  • Manage digital presence on optimaglobal.com + LinkedIn, ensuring search visibility, relevant hashtags, + consistent branding.
  • Uphold the brand guardian role for all materials issued by KSA teams.

 

Project Execution

  • Participate in project execution activities where applicable - supporting proposal handover, content development for project deliverables, + client-facing documentation.
  • The candidate must possess sufficient technical understanding of FM/O+M consultancy services to contribute meaningfully to live projects alongside SMEs + project leads.

Qualifications

Essential

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant FM Consultancy field.
  • 10 years of B2B marketing experience in KSA, with a focus on FM, real estate, or built environment sectors.
  • Strong understanding of FM/O+M consultancy services and proposal development.
  • Native-level Arabic (spoken + written), + fluent in English.
  • Deep knowledge of the Saudi FM market, including its regulatory, procurement, + client landscape.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with project execution teams + contribute to the development of FM/O+M deliverables.

 

Preferred

  • Direct experience in proposal writing for design/FM Consultancy or DB + Operate projects.
  • Exposure to strategic marketing in Vision 2030 projects, NEOM, or giga-program ecosystems.
  • Working knowledge of digital FM, CAFM, BIM-FM integration is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with service line documentation such as ORAT strategies, FCA reports, or FM mobilization plans is advantageous.
