Our newest opportunity is for a talented Architecture BIM Coordinator to join our team, based in Amman, Jordan.
We envisage success in this role to include;
Coordinate and manage BIM workflows across architectural projects from concept to completion.
Develop, implement, and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and project-specific BIM protocols.
Lead BIM model setup, auditing, clash detection, and coordination using tools like Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360.
Ensure consistent model quality, compliance with company and project standards, and accurate data management.
Act as a liaison between architecture and other disciplines (MEP, structural, civil) to support multidisciplinary collaboration.
Provide technical support and training to design teams to ensure proper use of BIM tools and workflows.
Assist in the development and improvement of BIM standards, templates, and content libraries.
Participate in project meetings and support team communication related to BIM coordination.
Identify and troubleshoot issues in BIM processes and offer innovative solutions for efficiency.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in a BIM Coordinator or similar role within an architectural or multidisciplinary design environment.
Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks. Experience with AutoCAD, BIM 360, Rhino, or Dynamo is a plus.
Strong knowledge of BIM standards such as ISO 19650, BS/PAS 1192, and related best practices.
Familiarity with interdisciplinary coordination (MEP, Structural, etc.).
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work collaboratively with diverse teams.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to improving BIM processes.
