Responsibilities

Our newest opportunity is for a talented Finishing Inspector to join our award winning team in Riyadh, Saudi. This critical role will be responsible for ensuring that all architectural finishes meet the project specifications, quality standards, and client expectations. The role involves close collaboration with contractors, consultants, and site engineers to monitor and verify the quality and execution of all finishing works.

  • Inspecting and verifying the quality of finishing works, including plastering, painting, tiling, false ceilings, joinery, aluminum works, and other interior and exterior finishes.

  • Ensuring all finishing activities comply with approved drawings, project specifications, and relevant codes and standards.

  • Conducting regular site inspections and prepare detailed inspection reports highlighting compliance, deviations, and required corrective actions.

  • Coordinating with the main contractor and subcontractors to resolve non-conformances or quality issues promptly.

  • Attending site meetings and assist in reviewing method statements, material submittals, and mock-ups related to finishing works.

  • Monitoring the progress of finishing works to ensure alignment with the construction schedule.

  • Verifying workmanship and ensure that finishes are delivered to the highest standard before handover.

  • Maintaining photographic and written documentation of inspections and site conditions.

Qualifications

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 5 years work experience partnered with a  Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
