Responsibilities

Our newest opportunity is for a talented Graphic Designer to join our team and work on a prestigious government sector project in Doha, Qatar.

 

In this role, you will take creative direction from written briefs or verbal ideas and transform them into innovative visual concepts. You will be responsible for adapting and developing these concepts to meet campaign objectives, deadlines, and evolving requirements.

 

We envisage success in this role to include;

  • Analyzing communication briefs and convert them into creative visual concepts.
  • Adapting concepts based on feedback to align with campaign goals.
  • Creating visual presentations that meet project specifications.
  • Ensuring the creative direction fits across various channels and campaign scopes.
  • Maintaining consistent messaging aligned with the approved communications plan.
  • Recommending strategies to effectively target specific audiences.
  • Designing concepts to communicate services or ideas clearly.
  • Overseeing indoor and outdoor design applications for advertising campaigns.
  • Proofreading designs to ensure quality before publication.
  • Designing internal assets and manage corporate intranet content updates.
  • Coordinating and manage site visits for branding purposes.
  • Developing storyboards and support execution for digital campaigns.
  • Managing and maintaining internal newsletters and social media content.

Qualifications

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 5+ years of relevant experience ,with a minimum 5 years of demonstrable experience in graphic designing in large-scale infrastructure and building programmes, partnered with a University degree in a relevant field such as Graphics Design, Fine Arts, or equivalent.

 

  • Proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • A keen eye for detail, with strong skills in both print and digital media.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop Creative Suite.
