Responsibilities

Our newest opportunity is for a talented Site Architect to join our Project Management Division based in Al Ula, KSA. This position is responsible for making sure that site based architectural activities are being managed and that the right materials are being used to meet the client specifications and shall be involved in developing, selecting or evaluating materials for specialist uses. 

 

We envisage success in this role to include;

  • Reviewing and making recommendation for approval of all submitted materials by the contractor.
  • Ensuring compliance of used materials with the projects specifications.
  • Participating in construction quality control.
  • Supervising, participating and directing sampling and testing of all materials according to the contract and the specifications.
  • Analyzing the test results in a timely manner and recommending action to the Senior Resident Engineer.
  • Maintaining records of test results and all taken corrective actions.
  • Tracking and reviewing the site testing and certificates of compliance.
  • Following up and verifying implementation of corrective actions.
  • Ensuring inspection and checking of all delivered materials to site for conformance to the project requirements and approval.
  • Preparing reports that will be submitted to management, the client and various 3rd parties for their review/feedback/action.
  • Leading inspections and installations of sandstone and limestone panels for building facades    

Qualifications

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 12 years Site experience working with architectural / construction materials and finishes on high end hospitality projects.

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or an Architectural discipline along with having strong knowledge in stone and marble quarry operations, processing and cutting. Furthermore, candidates with stone factory experience is a plus
