Our newest opportunity is for a talented Senior BIM/CAD Specialist to join our team, based in Doha, Qatar.
This role is responsible for ensuring the implementation of Client BIM and CAD strategies, standards and tools within the organization and its partners with the focus of the Client's Rail Long Distance Projects, to prepare the Requirements and Plans for an integrated BIM/COBIE Delivery of the projects, to incorporate them into the tender documents and to follow up the delivery.
We envisage success in this role to include;
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include minimum minimum 5 years’ experience as a BIM Specialist/ Coordinator, minimum 3 years’ experience of COBie and Maintenance Management Systems, minimum 10 years of industry experience, partnered with Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Architecture, Information Management, or related discipline.
