• Embracing diverse sourcing approaches to support our direct hire model and leveraging technology for recruitment and staffing initiatives.
• Serving as an ambassador for the KEO Employer Brand and overseeing talent acquisition marketing and advertising.
• Leading specialized talent acquisition campaigns utilizing various hiring approaches.
• Familiarity with relevant psychometric assessment tools and techniques to identify exceptional talent.

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date may include; 

• Bachelor’s degree partnered with a minimum of 8 years of related experience 
• Previous experience with volume hiring of professional staff 
• Familiarity with enterprise level Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resources software.
• Demonstrable track record in direct sourcing models, 
• Proven experience managing and prioritizing multiple campaigns, projects and client relationships.
• Experience managing or active involvement in diversity and inclusion initiatives as they relate to talent acquisition.
• Degree level qualification in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business or equivalent preferred.
• CIPD, SHRM, REC or equivalent highly regarded.
