Responsibilities

We are seeking a Commercial/Contract Specialist to join our tendering team. The ideal candidate will have strong contractual expertise, with the ability to review and interpret financial plans and understand BMO (Business Management Office) processes. A background as a Quantity Surveyor, Project Manager, or Chartered Engineer is preferred, but the role will primarily focus on commercial functions and contract management.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the tendering team with contract-related matters
  • Analyze and interpret financial and business management plans
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations
  • Provide commercial guidance during the tendering process

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Experience in a commercial or contract-focused role
  • Strong understanding of finance plans and contract management
  • Background in Quantity Surveying, Project Management, or Chartered Engineering (preferred)
