Responsibilities

Our newest opportunity is for a talented Receptionist to join our award-winning team based in Amman, Jordan.

 

This position is responsible for providing professional, efficient and personable front of house services to all staff and visitors.

 

We envisage success in this role to include:

  • Managing the reception and office as per FM&A Policies and protocols.
  • Assist in handling and reporting of day to day works for the office.
  • Record keeping for various aspects of the office.
  • Assistance in handling various procurement request for the office.
  • Assisting in coordinating Maintenance related works, records and reports.
  • Assist in arranging for office related travel and logistics.
  • Handling of incoming and outgoing couriers and business documentation.
  • Assist in maintaining H&S policies and procedure.

Qualifications

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include a minimum of 3 years work experience as a receptionist or other administrative role partnered with a Diploma or Bachelor degree in Hospitality or other related field.

 

Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

Good decision making and reasoning skills as well.

Needs to be proficient in MS Office.

Needs to have good knowledge of vendors in various aspects of the business related to office management.
