The Document Controller is responsible for managing and controlling all project documentation within the Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and Aconex platforms, ensuring that documents are accurately stored, easily retrievable, and securely maintained.
This role involves close collaboration with project teams, including BIM, GIS, and data management, to ensure that all documentation processes align with BIM ISO standards, particularly those related to the Common Data Environment (CDE) and document naming conventions.
The Document Controller will ensure that all project documentation is compliant with established procedures and is readily accessible to authorized personnel.

Bachelor’s Degree in a Relevant Field: A degree in Information Management, Library Science, Business Administration, or a related field is essential.
Advanced Degree (optional): A Master’s degree in Information Management, Records Management, or a related discipline is preferred, particularly for candidates applying for roles in large-scale and complex projects.
Large-Scale Project Experience: Significant experience managing document control processes on large, complex construction or infrastructure projects using ACC and Aconex.
Document Control Implementation: Proven track record in implementing and overseeing document control processes, ensuring compliance with BIM ISO standards, CDE requirements, and industry guidelines.
Technological Proficiency: Proficient in document control software and platforms, particularly ACC and Aconex, with a strong understanding of BIM ISO standards.
