Our newest opportunity is for a talented Business Applications Specialist to join our our award-winning team based in Amman, Jordan. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the optimisation of our business processes and supporting our ERP system.

We envisage success in this role to include;

• Demonstrate the ability to learn new tools and technologies as needed.
• Provide support to users of the ERP system, addressing their queries and issues.
• Utilize Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
• Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights.
• Proficiently use Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for various tasks.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders through strong verbal and written skills.
• Ensure accuracy in document preparation and data entry with a keen attention to detail.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance business efficiency.

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will 1-3 years work experience in a similar role, partnered with a Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering.

• Strong data analysis skills with demonstrated ability to interpret and utilize data effectively.
• Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Attention to detail with a proven track record of accuracy in document preparation and data entry.
• Experience in analyzing and improving business processes.
• Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
• Understanding of Deltek Vantagepoint or willingness to learn 
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles 
• Basic SQL knowledge for querying databases
• Basic knowledge in Machine Learning.
