Responsibilities

We envisage success in this role to include:

  • Proven experience in facilities management, preferably in a
    residential property setting.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems and related services (Civil,
    MEP, Electrical maintenance best practices, and regulatory
    requirements.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to
    interact effectively with residents, staff, and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in budget management, vendor negotiation, and
    contract administration.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong headed and patient nature.
  • Driving License is a must

Qualifications

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include a minimum of 8 years work experience partnered with a Bachelor Degree in a related field.

 

Bilingual communication skills in both English and Arabic are essential.
