Responsibilities

Our newest opportunity is for a talented Architect to join our team based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. 

 

We envisage success in this role to include;

  • Lead the building permits review process for customers.
  • Coordinate with other disciplines involved in the permitting process.
  • Suggest modifications to the process as required.
  • Lead the preparation of development proposals for projects.
  • Participate in monitoring plan compliance and provide technical support during plan implementation.
  • Provide the necessary guidance to promote safe, sustainable, and attractive developments.
  • Participate in preparing development and design guidelines, codes, and other rules or regulations as required.
  • Coordinate or support the preparation and periodic update of other architectural and planning documents as required (e.g. building codes …).
  • Carry out any other activity identified to support the department.
  • Participate in the Preparation of all master planning and land planning related activities from preparing scopes of work through monitoring plan compliance and managing change.

 

Qualifications

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 10 years of work experience partnered with a Bachelor degree in Architecture.
