Responsibilities

Our newest opportunity is for a talented Administration Assistant to join our award-winning team based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. 

 

This position is responsible for providing professional, efficient and personable front of house services to all staff and visitors

 

We envisage success in this role to include:

  • Reviewing vendor contracts to ensure that they meet requirements.
  • Working with management to develop new ideas for improving operations, implementing the changes with support from other team members.
  • Coordinating activities with team members, vendors and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. 
  • Managing projects by tracking budgets, timelines and performance to ensure quality standards are on track to be completed successfully.
  • Assisting in the coordination of events, etc.
  • Maintaining financial administration by raising purchase orders, reconciling invoices, and liaise with the finance team upholding accurate record keeping.
  • Monitoring and implementing scheduled preventative maintenance.
  • Preparing for emergencies by creating building evacuation plans, coordinating health and safety documentation and trainings FM helpdesk management, monitoring and responding to job requests.
  • Providing other administrative and operational/coordination support to the Facilities manager. Coordinating with office attendant to ensure office and kitchen supply stocks.

Qualifications

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include a Bachelor degree in Business Administration or other related field.
