Responsibilities

 

Our newest opportunity is for a Senior Talent Acquisition Associate ( GCC National) to join our team, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

 

We envisage success in this role to include;

  • Creating an inspiring vision and framework that aligns with our business objectives and key metrics, including employer branding, sourcing, diversity hiring, and candidate experience.
  • Fostering a collaborative and development-focused environment for our team of specialized talent acquisition professionals to meet individual and collective goals.
  • Developing and refining performance metrics to provide insight for continuous program and process improvement.
  • Building strong partnerships with senior management and the KEO HR Division to deliver exceptional customer service and talent acquisition programs.
  • Embracing diverse sourcing approaches to support our direct hire model and leveraging technology for recruitment and staffing initiatives.
  • Serving as an ambassador for the KEO Employer Brand and overseeing talent acquisition marketing and advertising.
  • Managing the talent acquisition budget and acting as the primary contact for 3rd party vendors.
  • Leading specialized talent acquisition campaigns utilizing various hiring approaches.
  • Familiarity with relevant psychometric assessment tools and techniques to identify exceptional talent.

 

 

Qualifications

 

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date may include; 

  • Bachelor Degree partnered with a minimum of 10 years of related experience with the most recent 2-3 years in a leadership role.
  • Previous experience with volume hiring of professional staff including minimum 400-500 hires per annum, 1000 proposal roles per annum etc. 
  • Familiarity with enterprise level Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resources software.
  • Demonstrable track record in direct sourcing models, ie. minimum 98%+ direct hires per annum.
  • Knowledge of GCC employment law and legislative requirements.
  • Proven experience managing and prioritizing multiple campaigns, projects and client relationships.
  • Experience managing or active involvement in diversity and inclusion initiatives as they relate to talent acquisition.
  • Master level qualification in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business or equivalent preferred.
  • CIPD, SHRM, REC or equivalent highly regarded.
